Thanks to a partnership begun in 2005, the nonprofit Organization "Portraits of Hope" and MACtac North America help motivate hospitalized and disadvantaged children through public art works with creative therapy.
Portraits of Hope selected this year six laundromats in the South Bronx and upper Manhattan for a makeover. To realize this job, 10 rolls of IMAGin JT5529BF bubble-free adhesive vinyl have been used. Brushes and utensils to realize this project have been adapted to the handicaps of children.
Portraits of Hope is a nonprofit program dedicated to improving the human condition through arts. The program is aimed at brightening and enriching the lives of children and adults who may be coping with adversity, hardship, emotional or physical trauma, or serious illness.
